How do I know if I am selecting the correct
size?
My Lingerie Secrets has provided you with a
sizing chart in order to help you select our
swimwear products.
Please note that this sizing chart is merely a
guideline in helping you when purchasing one of
our exquisite lines of swimwear products. It is
important to note that swimwear can typically
stretch up to 75%, and at times even up to 100%.
What this really means, is that the material
will compress the body mass it encloses as it
stretches more and more. If you stretch swimwear
material beyond it's maximum comfort zone then
unsightly bulges can result. In the case of
most of us out there, if for instance your
hips are 39 inches, then do not order a small
bottom. Order a medium bottom. A small will fit
if you have very good skin and muscle tone,
otherwise those unsightly bulges will probably
show up.
What do I need to know about the quality of your
swimwear products?
Our swimwear products are made from high quality
fabrics. All prints are fully saturated for
durability and high definition as well as
long-term wear. Our solid colors are triple-dip
dyed for full and long lasting color retention.
We use an Industry Standard mix in our swimwear
material which is comprised of 86% nylon and 14%
Lycra (Spandex). All seams in our swimwear are
either double or quadruple sewn. This ensures
that your swimwear will last a long long time
with proper care. Our swimwear is also fully
lined with a fine soft 110 threads per inch
white liner. The exceptions to the liner are the
Micro Thong and Micro Mesh Sets.
What are the do's and don'ts when caring for
your swimwear?
It is essential
to take proper care of your swimwear, if you
wish for it to last its normal lifespan. If you
follow these simple care tips we have provided
you with, you will tend to get plenty of life
from your swimwear.
o
Always
hand wash your swimwear as soon as you take it
off in cool or cold water. You will eliminate
most of the salt and chlorine which are the
principle chemicals that affect the Nylon and
spandex fibers.
Use a mild hand soap or a very mild detergent made for delicate fabrics.
Do not soak for extended periods of time.
o
Never
leave wet swimwear bundled together. Avoid
putting your swimsuit away until it is
completely dry. If it is stored while still wet
or humid, it could become discolored. Don't
leave the suit soaking overnight, bundled,
wadded up, or rolled in a towel. This will cause
the colors to bleed.
o
When
applying oil based sun tan lotions, avoid direct
contact with your swimsuit since the oils will
naturally cause the swimsuit elastics to
breakdown.
o
Hand wash
the swimsuit prior to the first wear to set the
colors.
o
Never
Machine wash or tumble dry.
Never
Dry Clean Swimwear.
o
Never Iron
your Swimwear.
o
Never Ever
Use Bleach or Woolite.
Squeeze out excess water Very Gently and lay
flat, preferably on a dry towel away from direct
sun light. Long exposure to the sun will fade
your swimwear over time.
