set up our Order Changes Policy
Guidelines, that we feel are both fair for all
our customers as well as for us, to be able to
maintain our highest standards of customer
service and low prices.
Order
Changes:
You may request an order change, without
penalty, as long as your
order has not already been processed, packaged
or shipped. Please
email us to
make any changes to your order, within a few
hours after you have placed your order. We typically begin to process your
order within a 3 hour time frame in order to
expedite your purchase order in a timely manner.
Please, always have all your order information
when you
email us, and be clear on the changes
you would like to have done to your purchase
order. We will do our very best to stop
your order at whatever stage it is in, assuming
it has not already been shipped.
If your purchase order has already been
processed, packaged or shipped, then the
cancellation will be considered as a merchandise
return.
